On March 7th 2012 rating agency Standard&Poors has assigned international credit ratings to Intercommerz Bank for the first time in the history of the Bank. This fact is related to Bank’s intention to extend its cooperation with international financial institutions in order to develop trade finance and other kinds of interbank businesses.

Intercommerz Bank was assigned 'B-' long-term counterparty credit rating and 'ruBBB-' Russia national scale rating with stable outlook.

To reach its strategic goals Intercommerz is going to pursue an active work based on advancing the quality of service, broadening and developing products, services range and branch network. Due to the active development of the branch network and representations in regions of Russia the geography of services provision now is not limited by Moscow and Moscow region. Today along with 30 sub-branches and additional offices in Moscow and Moscow region the Bank has 5 additional offices in Saint-Petersburg, branches in Voronezh, Krasnoyarsk, Chelyabinsk and operational office in Kaliningrad. The further development of the branch network is one of the priority development directions.
